Psychologist, Coach, Lifestyle Consultant and Therapist

10 years ago, during the treatment of a cancer, several complications arose, as a result of which I fought for my life in such a way that almost everyone gave up on me. It was one of the most difficult periods of my life so far.

However, I learned a lot about myself, about others, about the world. About how anxiety, no matter how strong, can be fought. About living beyond fears, about being complete even when I am no longer who I was, because life can be lived in a new quality. About how I can have dreams, plans, and goals even when other people give up on me or turn my back on me, because in my own life I am the main character, I shape my life and not the opinions of others.

When I was briefly over the danger of death, I already held online trainings on adapting to changes, coping, and reducing stress.

I finished my unfinished state exam in psychology and studied and developed myself further. Chemotherapy, biological therapy, medications, surgeries, complications. I let go of one thing even then: my expectations. I didn’t push myself too hard, when I felt tired or a difficult period was coming, I focused on resting, recharging, and gaining energy.

I completed several coaching courses and university training, took a language exam, and passed the lifestyle consultant and therapist exam. I earned a degree in psychology and then a lean manager. I completed a grief group leader training…

During this time, I had to fight a lot of stereotypes, prejudices, and misconceptions, because unfortunately many people use these not only to reassure themselves, but also to hinder, inhibit, and divert those who do not fit into their perspective of life from achieving their own goals.

I believe in lifelong learning, which is why I am still learning.
